In honor of these brave men who gave their life and made the ultimate sacrifice. Our hearts are with their families and LE family today as we remember them.

February 18 is Public Safety Memorial Day in Burnsville. This day honors the lives of Police Officers Paul Elmstrand, Matthew Ruge and Firefighter/Paramedic Adam Finseth - dedicated public servants who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our community.

On February 18, we will pause to remember their bravery and sacrifices:

- A display of three wreaths will be at City Hall for 24 hours, where the community is invited to pay their respects.
- All City facilities will be illuminated in blue and red during overnight hours.
- The City flag will fly at half-mast throughout the day.

HERO Shooting Range is happy to announce our Hybrid/Online MN Permit to Carry a Handgun Course. You are now able to take the classroom portion of the course online from the comfort of your home or office & then come to Shoot / Qualify at Hero HERO Shooting Range for the Live Fire portion of the class. You can always find the time and the place to get your permit to Carry with the HERO Shooting Range.
