Cottage Grove Public Safety is hiring a Community Service Officer (CSO) to monitor and enforce city code regulations, handle animal control duties, assist with department operations, and support public safety throughout the community.

This role offers a direct pathway to becoming a Police Officer through our CSO Cadet Program. As a CSO Cadet, you will work part-time while attending skills training, gaining hands-on public safety experience with flexible hours designed to accommodate your education. You will even receive compensation for both your time on the job and in school.

UPDATE: Dog has been reunited with their family.

FOUND DOG: The dog pictured below was found on 70th and Innsdale. No collar or tags.

The dog will be held at the CGPD overnight. If not claimed, the dog will be brought to Companion Animal Care and Control (1480 Helmo Ave North, Oakdale MN) tomorrow morning.
