Election Update RE: 'No Labels Kansas' Party

The Kansas Secretary of State has announced the 'No Labels Kansas' party is no longer a recognized political party in Kansas. A decertification letter was submitted by the No Labels Kansas party.

The County Election Officer has been directed by the Secretary of State to change the party affiliation of all persons affiliated with the 'No Labels Kansas' party to 'Unaffiliated'.

K.S.A. 25-302c states: When a political party ceases to be recognized, each county election officer shall list as unaffiliated any registered voters then affiliated with that party.

Any registered Morris County voters that this may affect will receive an updated Notice of Disposition Voter Card via mail reflecting this party affiliation change.

Contact the Morris County Election Officer if you have any questions.
