Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood changes, or just know something doesn’t feel right, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Getting started is simple. Call 708-PILLARS or visit PillarsCommunityHealth.org to learn more.

Today is International Harm Reduction Day.

Harm reduction is a public health approach focused on saving lives, reducing stigma, and connecting people to care, support, and resources without judgment. It recognizes that every person deserves dignity, compassion, and access to information that can help keep them safe.

At Pillars Community Health, we know that meeting people where they are is an important part of whole-person care. Through education, prevention efforts, and access to resources like Narcan distribution, we work to support healthier communities and reduce the impact of substance use disorders.

If you or someone you know needs support, help is available. Call 708-PILLARS to learn more about services and resources.
