Heads up, Virginia EBT cardholders!

There will be a scheduled EBT service outage from midnight to 4 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24. During this time, the card lock/unlock feature, the ConnectEBT portal and mobile app, and the EBT call center will be temporarily unavailable.

Transaction processing will not be affected, meaning you can still use your card as usual during this window.

We expect services to resume immediately once the maintenance period ends. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
