A great big THANK YOU to the Volunteers for the Village of Martin trash clean up held today!! This was held in conjunction with the states Love The Boot initiative. Volunteers worked from 8-12 and picked up over 90 bags of trash on Hwy 507, Hwy 155, Hwy 786, Sledge rd and Benton Adkins rd. Volunteers were given Love the Boot tshirts provided by the state and lunch from Graysons. One first time Volunteer said” it just makes you feel good to get out there and clean up!”
Volunteers ranged in age from 5 years old to retirement age.
