The budget hearing is Tuesday at 7pm, at CHS Veterans Auditorium. Please come, so that you can understand what is in this latest budget proposal!

A reminder about the Special Town Budget Meeting on Tuesday, June 23rd at 7:00 PM at Coventry High School Veterans Auditorium.

At their June 15th meeting, the Town Council made further deliberations on budget reductions for FY 2026/27. The proposal calls for a 2.62% increase in spending, with a 1.9% increase in taxes. The proposed mill rate to fund this budget would be 24.21, which is a .45 mill increase.

The meeting will be adjourned to referendum on June 30th. The polling place for all districts will be at Coventry Fire Station, 1755 Main Street. Property owners may vote at the Registrar of Voters office at Town Hall.
