COVINGTON TOWNSHIP FALL CLEAN UP WEEKEND
SAT. SEPTEMBER 12, 2026 9:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M.
SUN. SEPTEMBER 13, 2026 10:00 A.M.TO 3:00 P.M.
COST: RESIDENTS $20.00 PER PICKUP/SMALL TRAILER (SINGLE AXLE), $30.00 FOR TANDEM TRAILER. NON-RESIDENT RATES-$40.00 FOR PICK UP, SINGLE AXLE TRAILER, $50.00 FOR TANDEM TRAILER.
AREA WILL BE MONITORED AND CONTROLLED. THERE WILL BE 4-40YD DUMPTSERS FOR GENERAL REFUSE. THERE WILL BE SEPARATE AREAS FOR METALS.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THE 40 YD. DUMPTSERS -NO EXCEPTIONS:
NO HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE
NO GAS TANKS
NO OIL/LUBRICANTS
NO CHEMICALS/HAZARDOUS WASTES
NO PAINTS OR FLUIDS IN LIQUID STATE
NO BRUSH/BURNABLE WOOD
NO YARD WASTE (ex. Grass clippings/leaves, etc.)
NO CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS (ex. Brick/block/concrete)
NO ELECTRONICS
NO COMPUTERS OR MONITORS
NO TV’s
NO METALS (metals must go into metal area)
APPLIANCES MUST HAVE FREON REMOVED PRIOR TO DROP OFF.
PLEASE RESPECT THE ABOVE LIMITS. IT IS GETTING DIFFICULT TO GET PROVIDERS TO ACCEPT REFUSE DUE TO CONTAMINATION.
