The time has come for us to congratulate 5 of our members for completing paramedic school. Over the course of the last year they have spent countless hours to be paramedics for the city of Covington. From left to right we congratulate Andrew Burk, Will Louis, Cam Barrett, Natalie Neufelder, and Dylan Sabie.

Congratulations to Engineer David Reinersman who has retired recently. Hired on 7/06/2004. We cannot thank him enough for spending his time serving the city and department. While this chapter has come to an end we wish him the best on the rest of his story.

Special congrats to Captain Mike Davis who recently retired. Hired on 2/20/2001. His dedication and expertise is something that can’t be replicated. We greatly appreciate everything he has done for this department and city. Enjoy retirement, good luck on your next adventure.

We would like to welcome our newest recruit class to the Covington fire department. These nine come from all walks of life and will spend the next few months enduring some hard times to be the best they can be. Congrats and welcome to the family.

Today Truck 1 went to Cincy to help cover a firehouse so Cincinnati Fire could attend the funeral of Firefighter Ryan Zwick. We greatly appreciate being given the chance to help our neighbors across the pond. Rest easy Ryan, forever in our thoughts.
