On May 7th 2026 in the case State v Hopkins
Our founder was determined by the court to be an expert witness.

He has been certified by the state Supreme Court as an expert in electronic monitoring systems which includes the devices and their software. But goes much deeper than just those.
He is the only person in the nation with this distinction as the court ruled he was an expert in a field he invented.

Our eMAP software is what has changed the game.

The expert report was filed 2 weeks ago and he will testify at the trial as the states expert witness. Seems Mrs. Shirley agreed with the report.

Unfortunately, this pic is true of many "non-profits" today.
One way to tell, look up the leaders of the non-profits compensation. Not just their annual pay, but all of the extras. Much of their compensation comes in forms other than payroll. This assists in the camouflage of their true pay.
