Performs routine, repetitive, manual labor in the collection and disposal of solid waste and brush in varying weather conditions. Performs other duties as assigned.

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required. Also, possession of a valid Virginia driverโs license with a safe driving record is required.

Starting salary is $31,200 annually ($15.00 per hour). The City offers a generous benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, VRS retirement, paid leave and holidays. Following a conditional offer of employment, applicants must pass a physical examination and drug test.
