🎉 Savita Wood is celebrating 23 years! Savita is a trusted and dependable member of our Member Services team, helping ensure our members receive prompt, accurate, and caring support every day. From processing payments and service orders to assisting with account questions and resolving concerns, she consistently brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, helpful approach to every interaction.
🎉 Daniel Gilfillan is celebrating 22 years! As Manager of Member services, Daniel plays a key leadership role in ensuring our members receive the exceptional service they deserve. He guides our Member Services department with care and professionalism and helps keep our cooperative focused on what matters most - our members.
🎉 Luke Robbins is celebrating 10 years! Hired as a lineman a decade ago, Luke has worked his way up to a foreman. Ensuring power stays on for our members, he leads his crew in building, maintaining, and repairing the electric system that powers our homes, farms, and businesses. Whether he’s responding to outages, training fellow crew members, or ensuring every job is completed safely, Luke brings strong leadership, technical skill, and a commitment to excellence to everything he does.
🎉 Sharon Miller is celebrating 8 years! Sharon is one of our most well-rounded employees, having previous experience in member services and billing. In her current role as System Operator Manager, Sharon plays a vital role in helping us respond quickly and efficiently to member needs. From dispatching crews to tracking outages and processing service orders, she helps keep our operations running smoothly around the clock.
🎉 Joe Bradley is celebrating 4 years! Joe is a former lineman who also worked in our service department. Today, he serves as a staking technician. He also services installations and coordinates with members, developers, and contractors to ensure our infrastructure is built safely and efficiently.
🎉 Victoria Peoples is celebrating 1 year! As a Dispatcher, Victoria coordinates service crews, monitors outage activity, and helps keep communication flowing smoothly across the cooperative. Her focus, organization, and steady approach help ensure our members receive the reliable service they count on.
