Summer Reading program

And just like like. Summer reading program ended. We start preparing in January. Looking for donations, coming up with idea, gathering supplies. All the hard work and long hours are paid off when you see all the children laughing and coming to you and saying this has been the best summer ever.
My heart was so full of happiness.

Summer Reading Program

Thanks to Anna Minjarez from Region 18 for reading to the older kids today.
Juana read to the younger children. All the kids really enjoyed their reading time.

Today, they cut out dinosaurs made out of felt and will finish sewing them tomorrow. When done they will be little squishy pillows.

For snack time, we made popcorn and enjoyed the rest of the day.
