Our downtown is the site of an awesome car show for just a little bit longer! Thank you to the Cozad Chamber of Commerce for hosting! 45 minutes left (until 3pm) too see 90 fun vehicles of all ages, shapes and sizes 🚘🚙🛻

Simple updates make a massive difference in drawing people through your doors:
Sweep & Tidy: Keep sidewalks and entryways clear of debris.
Update Signage: Ensure your window displays are clean and your operating hours are clearly visible.
Add Life: A simple potted plant, a fresh coat of paint, or a welcoming sandwich board can completely transform an entryway.

The Board is happy to report that Brad with Niles Masonry has finished up with our project to repair the bricks in the downtown sidewalk planters and they are looking good as new!! We are excited for Spring to get here so we can continue to spruce them up! 🌹🌸🏵🌼 Thanks Brad!

Don't forget to show up! 💪

Every time someone opens a local business in your town, half the people say “I hope they make it” and the other half say “they’re crazy for trying.”

But here’s what I’ve learned, when people actually show up, these businesses do make it.
