One week to go! ⏳ Entries for the 2026 Craig Business Plan Competition are due Monday, August 31 at 5:00 p.m. and at least $20,000 in prize money is on the other side of that deadline. Here’s what to turn in:

✅ Signed entry form
✅ Two-page business overview
✅ Draft business plan: 15 pages max, using the template at https://discovercraig.com/business-resources/2026-craig-business-plan-competition.

Email everything to [email protected] or drop it off with Laura Skowronski at Craig City Hall, 300 W. 4th St.

Got a business idea you can’t stop thinking about? Ready to take your existing business to the next level? The 2026 Craig Business Plan Competition is officially ON. 💡

At least $20,000 in cash prizes will be awarded across two categories: new businesses and existing businesses right here in Craig and Moffat County. Enter solo or as a team of up to four and you don’t have to write your plan alone. Free, confidential, one-on-one advising is available from the Northwest Colorado Small Business Development Center (https://www.northwestsbdc.org or 970-328-3414).
