We are aware of the tragic situation with the death of a community member Friday night, and our hearts are broken for our community and especially any loved ones of those involved. Given the proximity to this tragedy of many of our students, district schools, especially the High School, will prepare for counseling support to be available as much as is needed Tuesday when students are back in school and beyond. Any students needing support before then are sincerely encouraged to reach out to trusted adults, including through the Safe2Tell line if necessary, which can be found at safe2tell.org or 877-542-7233. Let's take care of one another this weekend and always.

Science! Math! Art! We're learning across the disciplines at Moffat County High School, and we're having fun doing it! These Bulldogs are getting whole-child education and they're making connections while they're doing it. That's a great education!

NOTICE: The School Board meeting scheduled for this evening has been CANCELED by the board to allow Dr. Neal time with his family during a family health emergency. We apologize for the late notice. We will see you in September, where we will pick up all business intended for August's meeting.

Bulldogs sports are OFF TO THE RACES (pun intended). Boys cross-county took second in Denver this weekend, and a Hayden runner, Sydney Wattle, who runs for our girls team, won the whole dang thing! Bulldogs football fought hard despite a home loss to rival Steamboat Springs, and there's lots more happening across the sports landscape! It's great to be in Moffat County!
