Earlier this month, the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute announced that Cranbury Township was one of 45 communities in the state to receive the official "Healthy Town" designation. Via the Mayors Wellness Campaign, the designation is achieved through "local efforts to improve health and wellness through initiatives that address the conditions that shape health, including access to physical activity, nutritious foods, safe environments, and mental health support."
We would like to congratulate all who contributed to the success of this campaign over the past five years and take a moment to shout out one of our incredible Library staff members, Nicoleta.
Nicoleta's dedication to organizing and marketing countless health & wellness programs here at the Library played a significant role in earning the "Healthy Town" designation. She orchestrates some of our most sought after & valued programs, such as Gentle Yoga, Pilates for Wellness, Meditation, Nutritious Feast, CRP classes, and many more. Her efforts continue to have a resounding impact on the success of the Library and the enjoyment of our patrons.
Thank you, Nicoleta!
