We here at FCCFC would like to show Crawford County Municipal Court Magistrate Timothy O'Leary some positive praise for honoring his oath and handling cases properly. One of our supporters had a court date today over "failure to file city taxes" even though the supporter is disabled and doesn't work. Bucyrus has a mandatory filing law that the supporter was unaware of. Instead of holding old situations against the supporter like many others would, Magistrate O'Leary had compassion for the supporter and helped the supporter clear everything up. We here at FCCFC would like to thank Magistrate O'Leary for his professionalism and compassion. We are going to start filming both departments in the process of their duties and making sure they don't violate citizens rights. So we just saw that the Crawford County Sheriff's Department is looking for new deputy's! Does this mean that they have finally cleaned up their department? Does this mean that they've finally fired the pieces of trash in that department who like to violate citizens rights and spit all over the constitution? Does this mean that the department is going to hold those scumbags accountable? I doubt it. But hey, I'm willing to give them the chance to prove they've bettered themselves. Hey Crawford County Sheriff's Office , please have your PR person reach out to this page, and let's set up an interview!!! I've been waiting for a call back to do so for over a year now. If you guys don't have anything to hide, then what's the issue?

We here at FCCFC would like to commend Bucyrus Police Officer Curt Bursby for upholding the law and refusing to violate a citizens rights. He responded to a call a few weeks back where a long time supporter of ours had a seizure and was injured. The supporter was post-ictal. The EMTs whom responded were trying to lie to the supporter and force him to seek medical attention. The supporter didnt call 911. Someone else did. The supporter continued to deny the medical attention. That was when 2 of the EMTs started threatening him that they would call for a Bucyrus Police Officer to come to the scene and ARREST the supporter for refusing medical attention. The supporter, whom is a huge constitutionalist, then informed the EMTs that legally they can't do that. That by all means, he has the right to decline medical attention! The EMTs then made the call to BPD and tried to claim that the supporter was harassing them and comitting a public disturbance and disorderly conduct.... IN HIS HOME!. The officer that arrived on scene was BPD Officer Curt Bursby. The officer went on to inform the EMTs that the supporter has the right to refuse medical attention and that he was in no way committing disorderly conduct or creating a public disturbance. Officer Bursby had the supporter sign a waiver to release the EMTs of responsibility of care. Officer Bursby could have attempted to lie and could have attempted to violate the supporters rights, but instead, he handled the situation by the book. That's very rare here in Bucyrus where almost the entire city police force is crooked and corrupt. So we here at FCCFC would like to thank Officer Bursby for honoring his oath. The supporter as well as many of us here at FCCFC have called the department and city hall to commend and thank Officer Bursby. We here at FCCFC catch alot of hate for exposing the corruption of police officers and public officials in this county. But we also highlight police officers and public officials who honor their oaths and are not corrupt. 💯

So sick of this place and elected officials ripping people off and doing what they want because they feel they control the laws and that laws don't count towards them... Money Game is all they play and get away with not paying for damages they cause... Good luck with your fight for Justice!!!

Judges are supposed to be fair and unbiased. Sean is far from that. This is the kind of guy who will ask you to explain your case, then yell at you to "Shut up in my courtroom" as soon as you begin to speak. Then he will hit you with obnoxious amounts of fines and/or jail time for something as little as jaywalking, littering, and minor traffic offences. This happens DAILY and MUST BE STOPPED!!
