Crawford Public Library

Services with a small fee are printing, copies, faxes and FREE WIFI. The Crawford (Nebraska) Public Library is located at 601 Second Street.

Library is free to the public, checking out books, research history of the area, children area for book reading, teenagers welcome to read chapter books new and old. On the corner of 2nd Street and Ash. The Library and its Board of Trustees are fully accredited by the Nebraska Library Commission. The library is an active member of the Western Library System and maintains membership in the Nebraska

Library Association. The current library building was the original Christian Science Reading Room built in 1918. In 1986 the building was donated to the Library Board of Trustees by the descendants of the Zula Hall's family, Florence Moore and Nancy Fisher and Florence Reeves. The library moved from the upstairs of the city building into the remodeled quarters in 1987. The library is a member of the Junior Library Guild which provides current books in categories of elementary or junior. NebraskaAccess, with a password will provide online information for services and a large number of subject links. Overdrive/Libby is an online library for ebooks that can be used from your own personal device with a patron # from the library.
