Yoga for Grief and Loss returns Thursday, September 3, at 5:30pm at St. John's Episcopal Church. This six-week support group provides a safe space to share your grief and receive support from others. Learn how breath and movement can ease the stress and anxiety that arise. NO yoga experience necessary. Group limited to 8 participants, 18 and older.
