Third graders had a special visit from Dr. Scheidler from Sugar Creek Eyecare! He shared about the different parts of the eye and what it’s like to be an eye doctor. This visit connected perfectly with our current CKLA unit, where students are learning all about the human body. Thank you, Dr. Scheidler, for sharing your knowledge and bringing our learning to life!

Mrs. McCumber’s class welcomed a very special visitor, Mr. Dawson Eastes from RT Insurance! Mr. Eastes generously purchased a set of books for the class to use during their book study. He took time out of his day to visit the classroom and read a chapter of the story with the students. We are grateful for his generosity and for supporting our students’ love of reading!
