The City of Creedmoor is getting ready for an exciting Oktoberfest celebration, and we need YOUR help to make it a success! 🍻🎶

We are looking for:

🙋 VOLUNTEERS — Help us with event activities and keep the celebration running smoothly!

🍰 CAKE DONATIONS — We need delicious cakes for our Cake Walk!

🎁 LIVE AUCTION ITEMS — We are seeking donations for our Live Auction. Gift baskets, experiences, services, and other unique items are welcome!

Your time, talents, and generosity will help make this event a wonderful celebration for our community. ❤️

Frost Bank will be joining us! They will be set up in the conference room for anyone interested in learning more about Frost Bank services.

🏀 Basketball Court Closure
The basketball court will be closed for a private event. Please be respectful and mindful of the closure. Signs will be posted indicating the closure.

🎃 Oktoberfest Vendor Booths Available!

We still have Oktoberfest vendor booths open and available!

Stop by the City Office to obtain a vendor application or find the vendor application on our city website and email the completed application to [email protected].

We are looking for:
🎨 Craft booths
🍔 Food booths
🎯 Activity booths

The City of Creedmoor has become aware of potentially fraudulent posts circulating on social media regarding Oktoberfest vendor booths.

If you do not hear directly from official City of Creedmoor staff, please ignore the post and do not respond.

Most importantly, do not send or give money to anyone claiming to represent the City or Oktoberfest.

If you are unsure whether information, a request, or a comment regarding Oktoberfest is legitimate, please contact Creedmoor City Hall directly to confirm before taking any action.

Our Vendor Booth Application has been updated! If you're planning to participate, please read the application carefully, as there have been several important changes.

📅 Vendor application deadline: October 7, 2026
Applications must be submitted by the deadline to ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to secure a booth space.

⚠️ Please note: Food vendor spaces are limited and will be accepted on a limited basis.

🚧 Reminder: City of Creedmoor Playground Closure 🚧

The City of Creedmoor playground remains closed due to ongoing construction.

For your safety, please do not enter the playground or the surrounding area until all construction has been completed. The playground will reopen once the project is finished and the area is safe for public use.

Please watch for future updates announcing when the playground is available and officially reopened.

🚶 Trail Reminder: The trail located on the south side of the building is now a walking trail only. Parking and driving on the trail are no longer permitted.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we complete these improvements.
