Creola Volunteer Fire Department, serving the City of Creola and the surroun We also have EMTs and Paramedics ready to respond.

Creola Fire Department is a group of volunteer firefighters devoted to helping and protecting the City of Creola Alabama. Our members are Alabama State and ProBoard certified through Alabama Fire College. Our membership includes individuals certified as Firefighter 1, Vol. Firefighter 1, Fighter Firefighter II, HazMat Awareness & Operations, HazMat Technicians, Rope & Confined Space Technicians an

d more. We are always looking for new members, come by the station any Tuesday night at 6:30pm for meeting/training to see what it's all about. If you are looking to fight fire, help with medical calls or just help out on calls or around the station we need you.

🚨 SANDBAGS AVAILABLE FOR CREOLA RESIDENTS 🚨
Due to the potential for heavy rainfall and flooding, sandbags are available to residents at the Creola Police Department.

📍 Sandbags can be picked up at the Police Department
📍 Sand is available behind the Sail Center for filling

Residents are encouraged to prepare in advance and take necessary precautions to protect their property.
Please use caution when traveling and continue to monitor local weather conditions.

🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧

The Creola Police Department would like to notify the public that the bridge located on Creax Road just past Magnolia Lane is currently closed due to flooding and unsafe driving conditions. The roadway has become impassable because of high water covering the bridge.

Please avoid the area and seek alternate routes until further notice. Motorists are reminded to never attempt to drive through flooded roadways.

Creola and Axis residents - sandbags can be picked up at the fire station. The sand is available at the Sail Center. You are responsible for filling your own sandbags. While supplies last.
