UPDATE - CITY HALL SERVICES RESTORED

City Hall phone, internet and related technology services have been restored.

Normal operations have resumed, including electronic payment processing and access to online systems. Tonight's Planning & Zoning and Historic Preservation Board meetings are expected to proceed as scheduled.

NOTICE – AUGUST 20, 2026 MEETINGS

City Hall remains open and tonight’s Planning & Zoning and Historic Preservation Board meetings will proceed as scheduled. As always, members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend in person.

Due to ongoing phone, internet and related technology issues caused by the recent storm, tonight’s meetings may not be livestreamed. Printed copies of some meeting materials may also be limited or unavailable. Meeting agendas and available supporting materials are posted on the City website for electronic access.

Following the meetings, minutes will be prepared and made available through the City’s normal process. While regular City Hall phone lines remain unavailable, members of the public may continue to contact City staff using their mobile numbers.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while services are being restored.

City Hall is currently experiencing a phone and internet outage due to damage caused by a lightning strike.

💵Payments: At this time, we can accept only cash and checks.

📞Need assistance? Please contact the appropriate City staff member by mobile phone. Regular phone lines are currently unavailable.

🏛️City Hall remains open. Staff are continuing to work using available alternatives while service is being restored.
