All families are welcome to start the School Year Strong by attending the 3rd Annual Family Summit from 10 to 2 at Crescent Elk Middle School!

It's your opportunity to meet school principals, learn about school programs, and connect with community partners that work with families.

Free Backpacks will be given to the first 250 students.

Take a tour of a school garden or wellness center, and check out the inside of an emergency vehicle or school bus.

The fun is FREE at the Family Summit on Saturday, August 15th!

Upcoming District 1 Board Vacancy

Due to a recent resignation, the Del Norte County Unified School District and Del Norte County Office of Education Boards will be seeking candidates interested in serving in the District 1 board seat.

The Board anticipates considering an appointment in July or early August.

Community members interested in learning more about the position, eligibility requirements, and application process are encouraged to email [email protected].
