8/26/26 9:42pm Crescent Valley Fire, Beowawe Fire responded to a wildland fire in Horse Canyon.

8/24/26. Crescent Valley Fire, Beowawe Fire, and Eureka County Sheriff's responded to 2 wild land fires this afternoon with the help of mother nature the fires were put out!

Update!!! DOE Fire! This fire now has resources on-site. Please be advised they are using CV Airport as there base of operations. Please stay out of that area.

We are aware of a Fire east of Town on very top of mountain it has been turned over to BLM as there is zero access to that area from our side of the Mountain.

8/23/26 5:37pm. Beowawe Fire, Crescent Valley Fire, and Eureka County Sheriff's responded to reports of wildfires in the area on Willow Corral Pass an Approx 50 acre area was found with the help of mother nature it was contained.

8/21/26 11:17pm Crescent Valley Fire, Beowawe Fire, Eureka County Sheriff's, and Battle Mtn Fire responded to a Semi Trailer Fire with small wildland extension on I-80 MM267. Wildland fire was contained quickly and the trailer fire was contained shortly after there were several areas of the trailer that took sometime to cool down.

7/20/26 1:55pm Beowawe Fire, Crescent Valley Fire, and Eureka County Sheriff's responded to a report of Smoke out Rose Ranch Road. Units were unable to find anything.

7/09/26 Crescent Valley Fire, Beowawe Fire, CV EMS and Eureka Sheriff's responded to a Crash Notification the only thing found was a smashed phone in the area.

7/10/26 Eureka Sheriff's, Crescent Valley Fire, Beowawe Fire, and CV EMS responded south of CV for a SOS notification the individual that had the phone was located and was ok. They were working on tires when it happened.
