Steel City Aquatics is holding open evaluations at our pool and others in the month of August where you can meet and talk to their coaches and your swimmers can show off their championship Rooster skills!

📣 Important Pool Update & Event Announcement! 🏊‍♂️✨
Hey Chanticleer Swim Club family!
We’ve got a busy and exciting Thursday coming up on July 9th, so please take note of a quick schedule change for our main pool.

🕒 Early Pool Closure:
The pool will be closing early at 5:00 PM on Thursday so our amazing Chanticleer swim team can host their home swim meet against Wyngate! Come out and cheer on our swimmers if you can! 🏆
🎉 But wait... the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down! 🎉

Immediately following the meet, the swim team is hosting their absolute favorite event of the year: the annual GLOW DANCE FUNDRAISER! 🌟💃🕺
Get ready to light up the night! We’re talking neon lights, great music, and tons of glowing fun to support our incredible swim team.

The Details:
📅 When: Thursday, July 9th 8:00 PM (immediately after the swim meet)

💵 Cost: Just $5 per person!
(Parents attend free)

👥 Who: Everyone! This event is fully open to the public, so grab your friends, neighbors, and extended family. The more the merrier!

Important Update: Temporary Closure of the Baby Pool

Dear Chanticleer Pool Members,

We hope you are looking forward to a wonderful summer season at the pool. We are writing to share an important update regarding our facilities.

During recent maintenance checks, our team located a leak in the line that supplies water to the baby pool. To ensure the safety of our members and prevent any further damage, the baby pool will be temporarily closed effective immediately while we work to resolve the issue.

We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this news is, especially for our families with young children who look forward to splashing around. Please know that we are treating this repair with the utmost urgency, and our team is already working diligently with pool specialists to get the line fixed and the baby pool reopened as safely and quickly as possible.
The main pool remains fully operational and unaffected by this issue.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we work through this unexpected hurdle. We will keep you updated on our progress and will notify you the moment a reopening date is confirmed.

All Chanticleer members,

Reminder that invoices are due by 5/15. They can conveniently be paid online (with a fee) or if you wish to pay by check you can click on the link in the email to view your invoice online and you can remit the subtotal amount. If you are paying by check please get them in the mail early next week!!

Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to being moved to inactive status and a spot opened for wait list members.
