Important Update: Temporary Closure of the Baby Pool

Dear Chanticleer Pool Members,

We hope you are looking forward to a wonderful summer season at the pool. We are writing to share an important update regarding our facilities.

During recent maintenance checks, our team located a leak in the line that supplies water to the baby pool. To ensure the safety of our members and prevent any further damage, the baby pool will be temporarily closed effective immediately while we work to resolve the issue.

We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this news is, especially for our families with young children who look forward to splashing around. Please know that we are treating this repair with the utmost urgency, and our team is already working diligently with pool specialists to get the line fixed and the baby pool reopened as safely and quickly as possible.
The main pool remains fully operational and unaffected by this issue.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support as we work through this unexpected hurdle. We will keep you updated on our progress and will notify you the moment a reopening date is confirmed.

All Chanticleer members,

Reminder that invoices are due by 5/15. They can conveniently be paid online (with a fee) or if you wish to pay by check you can click on the link in the email to view your invoice online and you can remit the subtotal amount. If you are paying by check please get them in the mail early next week!!

Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to being moved to inactive status and a spot opened for wait list members.

Chanticleer Members,

Summer 2026 invoices have begun to be sent out. They will take a couple of days to get them all out so please keep an eye out for them over the next couple of days.

Notes:

- Invoices can be paid by mailing a check to the address on the invoice or by credit card online via the link in the email. Electronic payment fee fees apply for online payments. If you are paying by check, please remit the subtotal amount on the invoice.

- invoices must be paid in full no later than May 15, 2026. Any accounts not paid by that date will be made available for waitlist members

Dear Chanticleer Members,

Welcome back for the Summer 2026 season! We are excited to complete the new and improved bathrooms and have several additional plans to enhance our grounds and facilities.

To fund meaningful improvements—such as maintaining the pool, upgrading the front gatehouse, and purchasing a new pool cover—the board is exploring options to generate additional revenue. Rather than increasing membership fees for current families, we are proposing a modest increase in the total number of memberships from 225 to 250.

Welcoming these additional families will allow us to invest in necessary upgrades while keeping fees stable. This growth will also bring new energy and continued support to our community.

We understand that the club's intimate atmosphere is important to everyone. Please be assured that any adjustments will be made thoughtfully to preserve the unique feel of Chanticleer. This decision must be made by a vote from the membership.
