Given the anticipated favorable weather conditions today, we would like to remind the community that a burn ban remains in effect and a fire watch has been issued for today, indicating that conditions are conducive to rapid fire spread, and therefore, all burning activities, including trash barrel burning, are strictly prohibited.

If you see smoke today please note it is a controlled burn.

Prescribed fire is ON for today, March 13th and will begin at approximately 1 p.m. Smoke and fire will be present through a majority of the park throughout the evening hours. Smoke will blow north.
