The works includes selective demolition and new construction within the Entry & Admissions areas, Concessions, Family Restroom, Shower, Vestibule, First Aid, and related support spaces. Sealed bids must be filed before 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, in the office of the City Clerk, City of Creston, 116 W. Adams Street, Creston, IA 50801.
