Reminder to our KG parents student's must have their Florida Certificate of Immunization Form 680 and CURRENT School Physical turned in before they can start school. For our military families we would like to share this flyer from Eglin Hospital.
New students in other grade levels are given 30 days from registration to get their current physicals and immunizations turned. Don't delay get your child’s physical and Florida Certificate of Immunization today.
