Our garden leaders worked hard cleaning up our garden after school today. We swept, took down dead vines, found more sweet potatoes, worked on the compost, and made everything look beautiful! Nice work garden leaders!❤️

Today was a great day in the school garden! A team of volunteers from REV Renewables worked so hard to spruce up our space for the growing season. They repaired and painted garden beds, put down a layer of mulch, and assembled a little greenhouse! Then our garden leaders planted lettuce, cabbage, and kale after school. 🥬🌿🌱
Thank you to Seed St. Louis for organizing our work day and thank you to Jaclyn Schremp Jezik for helping out all day! What a wonderful community we have.
