We've had a busy summer here at PHS! ☀ Our Training Academy welcomed new Community Health Workers as we dig into Rural Health Transformation. New staff participated in training sessions, CPR certification classes, and even a Resource Road Rally🛣 to learn about our district's resources! We also partnered on an Adventure Camp for kids, hosted a few Healthy Families America family events, graduated several moms from our Becoming A Mom program,🤰🏽 and our Healthy Families America team participated in re-accreditation activities!

What a busy, fun, and educational summer it's been! Stayed tuned for event updates and activities as we head into Fall! 🍁

🚨Make sure you check lake alerts before enjoying a weekend at the lake!
Our district currently has one lake on Health Alert for high levels of Harmful Algal Blooms (HAB).
When a lake is on Health Alert, signs will be posted informing the public to avoid direct contact/exposure with the water.
