Hi Everyone! I have some info. to share about PSAT Testing! PSAT Tests will be administered at NHS on January 26. You must come to the school office to sign up, and the deadline is December 18. There is a $20 fee which must be paid by 9th and 10th graders; it is due when signing up. The fee is waived for 11th graders, but you must still sign up. When you sign up, you will receive a PSAT practice booklet.

On the 26th, you must arrive no later than 8:15 a.m. Testing starts promptly at 8:30.

Happy Thursday, Everyone! It's "National Return Your Library Book Day"! Actually, I made that up :) , but I'd really like to get some books back in! When school shut down in March, there were 85 books in circulation. I'm trying to get as many of them back as possible. Obviously, there are no late fees! Students, your bus drivers will take them and return them to me, or you can bring them to school. I have a return box right inside the front door. Thank you!

Happy Wednesday! Here at NHS, we are gearing up for a new, very different school year. If you're thinking that the library is shut down because there are no students in the building, think again! You can still check out print books, e-books, and get help from me (Mrs. Coleburn) with any of your school related questions or needs. Students, there's a library group your teachers will share with you through Schoology once your classes start Tuesday (9-8-20). Join the group so we can keep in touch with each other!

We have NEW E-BOOKS that were just downloaded yesterday! Any student enrolled in Nottoway County Schools has free access, making it a snap to find a good book to read!

1. Download the app "OverDrive", then find Nottoway County Schools.
2. Log in using your student ID number and password.
3. Select a book and it's yours for 2 weeks.

Isn't that easy?

Teachers, you can take advantage of OverDrive, too! Log in with your firstname.lastname and the password you use to log on to a school computer.
