We are updating our policy on extra trash. If you have more than 5 bags that do not fit in your trash can, please call our office to let us know. Also, if you have any bulky items, such as furniture, mattresses, or appliances, please call in. You must call at least one business day in advance so we can let the workers know to expect it on their route. If you do not call in, we cannot take your extra trash unfortunately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Independence Day weekend!

We just wanted to notify our customers that there were some phone issues over the past 2 weeks. The landline (419-657-2204) phone company was not forwarding all calls and messages to our office. Sometimes even reporting as disconnected. We were experiencing a lot of missed calls and unreturned voicemails.
We apologize for that.

We will try to do a better job.

Good evening.
** Service update **
We did send out a Thanksgiving Day notice to the Thursday morning customers on the invoices mailed out in September and October. We also posted on the page as well as updating the office voicemail about no delays. We did NOT update the 2024 planned Holiday schedule photo. Our apologizes on not updating that in time.
Due to the large number of customers that did not have their trash out on Thursday morning, we will have a truck in the Shawnee area on Saturday (11/30) morning. The single truck will go into as many subdivisions as possible, but there may still be some missed customers. If this is the case, please PM back with your address and we will have the normal drivers handle that on Monday.
