Crocker Community Walking Trail

Since there is no need for a park board, we have changed our name from Crocker Community Park Board to Crocker Community Walking Trail (through the Secretary of State). Mayor Patton said that we could continue fundraising for the walking trail.

Families, businesses, and organizations started a private account to resurface the walking trail years ago. Since there isn’t a park board anymore, our mission is to raise funds to complete the walking trail that our community uses daily.

Before our working relationship was terminated with the City, Debbie Fraski wrote a grant for the community to have pet clean up stations within the community parks. We were awarded the grant from the Fort Leonard Wood Thrift Store in early 2025, and we purchased three cleanup stations. One is located in Norma Lee’s Frisco Park and two on the walking trail at the Crocker Community Park. Thankfully Evan and Justin on the City of Crocker’s Public Works Department were able to install them!

We highly encourage the community to use these pet clean up stations to keep the parks clean.

The snowflake lights are up again this year! A major thank you to Gascosage Electric Cooperative for hanging them up and the City of Crocker’s Public works team for placing them by the poles. ❄️
