Crofton Volunteer Fire & Rescue

Crofton Volunteer Fire & Rescue Crofton Volunteer Fire Dept and Crofton Rescue are made up entirely of volunteers.

We cover the area of the Crofton Community Rural Fire Protection District, which stretches from Devil's Nest to a couple miles East of Hwy 81 and down to Hwy 84.

The Governor has lifted the statewide burn ban. Those in the Crofton Fire district wishing to burn need to acquire a burn permit from the Crofton Fire Department and follow all requirements of the permit. While we have received some precipitation, conditions could rapidly deteriorate so we ask that those burning take extra care and continually monitor their burns. If conditions do deteriorate a burn ban will be reinstated in the district. Thank you all and be safe.
