New Phone system...the District has a new phone system. AT&T is discontinuing landline service so we had to change to either cell phones or Voice over internet.

What stays the same? Our number still 405-944-5952

What changed? All calls now go to an answering "tree". There are only 4 options
Dial 1 for emergency contact, this now routes you to the cell phone of the on call employee without having to hang up and dial yourself.
Dial 2 for the Billing Clerk. Use this option to get to the front desk
Dial 3 for the Office Manager
Dial 4 to leave a voice mail.

Getting the Auto attendant ( male voice) doesn't mean we are not open or not here...please listen to the options and select where you want your call to go.

Also if the power goes out we won't have phones. If the internet is down during business hours we won't have phones until I can re-route calls to my cell phone.

Please share so we can get the word out on how our new phone system works.

Due to a computer / software crash we were unable to create bills. Currently in a holding pattern waiting for the software company to re-install the software so we can create bills. We will get them to you as soon as we can with an extension for time to pay. Shut off's will proceed as normal.

You can use the online system to pay past due amounts but it will not show updated balances until we are up and running again.

Dirty water...is coming from Okfuskee 2 from a line break they had. Our guys have been flushing trying to catch it. The guys had water running clear yesterday but we are getting a few complaints today. Try running your COLD water to see if it will clear up. If you can't clear it please call us so we can keep tabs on where we still need to flush.
Be sure to run water using cold only and farthest faucet from where the water comes in the house.
