Union PSD

Union PSD is a wastewater treatment facility who services Cross Lanes WV Union PSD was established in 1955. and the other located on 40th St.

We service approximately 5,400 households in the Cross Lanes area. The district employees 11 people, has two treatment plants one located on Rocky Fork Rd. also has 14 lift stations throughout the Cross Lanes area. Kanawha County Commission has put Union Public Service District on their agenda for March 21st regarding the district’s decision not to sell to WVAW. This meeting will take place at 407 Virginia Street East Charleston, WV 25301 @ 5:00pm

All comments come directly to my email and will be printed and placed with the petition paperwork that has been signed in the office.

Study group update will consist of Union PSD asking that they have the information requested back to us by the February 14th meeting.

For this month’s monthly meeting union psd is holding it at our office at 4 pm. The only thing we will be doing concerning the proposal from WVAW is updating the timeline of the purchase agreement. NO DECISIONS concerning the purchase will be made.

This decision was made to get everyone thru the holidays and come first of the year more things will be posted concerning the proposal.
