Union PSD Union PSD is a wastewater treatment facility who services Cross Lanes WV Union PSD was established in 1955. and the other located on 40th St.

We service approximately 5,400 households in the Cross Lanes area. The district employees 11 people, has two treatment plants one located on Rocky Fork Rd. also has 14 lift stations throughout the Cross Lanes area. Pleased be advised that we are aware of a hack that is going around the area if you have attempted to pay your bill with Union PSD please be on the lookout for other charges and report it to your bank. UNION PSD isn't the only business in the cross lanes area that has been affected by this.
