Crossett School District Public School District for Crossett, Arkansas - Located in Ashley County. Crossett School District has approximately 1600 students in grades K-12.

The District has four schools, Crossett Learning Center, formerly Hastings Elementary, which serves Pre-K 3 and 4. Crossett Elementary, formerly Anderson, serves students Kindergarten-4th grade. Crossett Middle School, formerly Norman Jr. High, serves students in grades 5-8. Crossett High School serves students in grades 9-12.

Our CMS 8th grade students had an amazing time at the UAM CTC Career Exploration Camp last Friday! (March 13)

They participated in hands-on activities and explored a variety of exciting career fields and industries including welding, practical nursing, first responders, banking, business and health information technology, early childhood education, E&I, manufacturing, nutrition, and more.

This experience gave students a chance to discover new interests, learn about future career pathways, and see the many opportunities available to them. A big thank you to UAM CTC for hosting such a great event for our students!

Attention Crossett School District Families: State testing is quickly approaching. The Arkansas ATLAS Summative Assessments give students the opportunity to show what they've learned and help our schools measure growth and success. The results also contribute to our district's state rating.

We encourage our families to help students do their best. We encourage our students to try their best and to be proud of their work.

Remember, a healthy FREE breakfast will be served in all the cafeterias to help students be mentally and physically prepared to perform their best.

Crossett School District Kindergarten Registration is coming! Families can pick up registration packets at Crossett Elementary School starting Monday, March 16.

In addition, all registered 5 year-old students in the Crossett School District Kindergarten program receive FREE afterschool childcare until 5:30 pm.
