Cumberland County Rescue Squad Welcome to the Cumberland County Rescue Squad! We are a 100% Volunteer organization here to serve Cumberland County! We appreciate your support!
(1)

We provide emergency services in Search and Rescue, Extrication, Rope Rescue, Dive Rescue, Swift Water Rescue, and Mountain Cave Rescue. The Cumberland County Rescue Squad is a group of volunteers who give their time to assist the citizens of our county and surrounding counties in their time of need. We have many highly trained members in areas such as rope rescue, water rescue, search and rescue,

extrication, cave rescue, and dive rescue. We transport essential medical personnel during inclement weather. We also handle traffic and first aid at many local events. Our members spend hundreds of hours a year training and preparing so we can be at our best when your emergency happens. We are a non-profit agency and therefor any donations are used exclusively for equipment, training, etc.

Huge thanks for coming out and sharing your expertise with the Cumberland County Rescue Squad. Getting our team trained up on radios and integrated with CalTopo is a major step forward for preparedness and response. We appreciate the support and look forward to having you back next month for the inter-agency drill and mock deployment. Excited to see what mesh comms can do for search and rescue, swiftwater, wildland fire, and disaster response.

Spent the day with Cumberland County Rescue Squad to provide training on their radios 🤙🤙

Got em hooked into CalTopo and ready to deploy! Looks like I might head back next month for an inter-agency drill to do a mock deployment as well.

What can mesh comms do for you?
