To the individuals that set fire to the Illegal dump in Crow Agency. You individuals should not have the right to call yourselves Apsáalooke. You harm our lands, our people, and our Nation's image. The Crow Nation will find these individuals and prosecute them to the full extent of the LAW. I hope you Individuals understand the trouble and harm you have cause the Crow Nation. No longer will the Crow Tribe take responsibility of these individual's actions with the state of Montana. To the individuals if found, you will be charged with all the fees that the Crow Nation pays every time you set flame to trash. YOU WILL BE FOUND AND YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS.
To all those that think that burning trash is harmless: You force our people to breathe toxic fumes... once trash is burned, toxic contaminants travel faster into the water table, making our ground and water unusable. You indirectly aid in poisoning the land of our people. Yet, the worst part, you rob the Nation's money that must be paid for violating EPA standards of the Clean Air Act, which drain tribal resources that are offered as assistance to the Nation's people. Your careless action devastates the surrounding communities causing irreparable damage to the health of our youth and our elders. Know this, the Crow Nation will not look at this as a common nuisance any longer, but will deem it as a radical act against the Nation and its people.

WAYS TO FIGHT C*vid AT HOME :

No one ever talks about how to fight C*vid at home.
Sleep on your stomach at all times with C*vid. If you can’t sleep on your stomach because of heath issues sleep on your side. Do not lay on your back no matter what because it smashes your lungs and that will allow fluid to set in.
Set your clock every two hours while sleeping on your stomach, then get out of bed and walk for 15-30 min, no matter how tired or weak that you are. Also move your arms around frequently, it helps to open your lungs. Breathe in thru your nose, and out thru your mouth. This will help build up your lungs, plus help get rid of the Pneumonia or other fluid you may have.
When sitting in a recliner, sit up straight - do not lay back in the recliner, again this will smash your lungs. While watching TV - get up and walk during every commercial.
Eat at least 1 - 2 eggs a day, plus bananas, avocado and asparagus. These are good for Potassium. Drink Pedialyte, Gatorade Zero, Powerade Zero & Water with Electrolytes to prevent you from becoming dehydrated. Do not drink anything cold - have it at room temperature or warm it up. Water with lemon, and little honey, peppermint tea, apple cider are good suggestions for getting in fluids. No milk products, or pork. Vitamin’s D3, C, B, Zinc, Probiotic One-Day are good ideas. Tylenol for fever. Mucinex, or Mucinex DM for drainage, plus helps the cough. Pepcid helps for cramps in your legs. One baby aspirin everyday can help prevent getting a blood clot, which can occur from low activity. "
Drink a smoothie of blueberries, strawberries, bananas, honey, tea and a spoon or two of peanut butter.
We always hear of how C*vid takes lives, but there isn't a lot of information out there regarding how to fight C*vid. I hope this helps you or someone you know. ❤️🙏🏻

ATTENTION

09/08/2021

This is a snapshot of just one day in the hospitals here in Billings. 89 hospitalized due to COVID-19. 33 in the ICU with COVID-19. 22 on ventilators. 84/89 (94%) unvaccinated. We'll be sharing these numbers, compiled with the help of our Unified Health Command Partners at RiverStone Health and St. Vincent Healthcare - Billings, Montana, every weekday.

Help all of us in health care protect each other, our patients and our communities by wearing your mask, avoiding crowds, practicing physical distancing, washing your hands and, if you're eligible and haven't done so yet, getting vaccinated. These are kindnesses we do for each other that make a very real difference in the world around us.
