Have you noticed your sprinkler system is leaking? Do you remember to regularly check it for leaks?

Just like swimming pools and vehicles, sprinkler systems need frequent checkups and the occasional minor repair. Don't be discouraged, these repairs are typically DIY.

We have local expert Dr. Dotty Woodson to teach you how to care for and repair your sprinkler system. Learn about all the parts of a home sprinkler system. Get hands-on instruction on how to easily fix common issues. Learn how to program your controller and how to know how much to water.

Show your sprinkler systems some love before summer!

Join us at the Crowley Recreation Center (405 S. Oak Street) for a Free Care & Repair Sprinkler System Workshop Saturday, April 25, h at 10 a.m.

UPDATE: The City completed minor repairs at the corner of Longhorn Trail and S. Eagle Drive this week. The street repairs will require additional closures. We have planned to schedule this repair during the week of March 9-13 corresponding to the CISD Spring Break times.

This will minimize some of the traffic volume during business hours.

The plan is to close S. Eagle Drive beginning Monday, March 9-11 (weather permitting). The closure times will be between 8-5 p.m. each day.

ROAD REPAIRS: Beginning this morning at 9, repairs on South Eagle Drive between Longhorn Trail and Bus FM 1187 will begin, and traffic through the area will be limited and slow.

Please allow for extra time when traveling through that area or avoid the area if at all possible.

Repairs are expected to be completed on Thursday at 3 p.m.

Thank you for your patience.
