Every school day counts for success in the classroom!

As we highlight attendance awareness, the Acadia Parish School Board reminds families that regular attendance is essential for every student's academic progress. Showing up on time every single day helps children stay on track, build strong learning habits, and connect with their teachers and peers.

Parents and guardians can easily track daily attendance and stay up to date using the Student Progress Center portal. Let's work together to support our students and make this school year a great success!

Louisiana EarlySteps provides early intervention services for eligible children from birth to age 3 who may have developmental delays or certain medical conditions.

✨ Services may include speech, occupational and physical therapy, family support, and more.

📚🍎 Our amazing Acadia Parish Pre-K teachers are hard at work today preparing for an incredible start to the 2026-2027 school year! ❤️

Today, our educators participated in Frog Street Curriculum Professional Development, spending the day learning, collaborating, and building new skills to ensure every child has a strong foundation for success.

Their dedication to continuous learning and growth is a reflection of the commitment they make to our youngest learners every single day. We can’t wait to welcome our Pre-K students on August 11th and see these new ideas come to life in classrooms across Acadia Parish!
