COVID-19 STATUS UPDATE FOR LCCS
At Lake County Community Services, our priorities are the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and partners. Effective March 18, 2020 LCCS is implementing our emergency response plan until further notice.
LCCS will only be providing medically necessary essential transportation services (i.e. dialysis clients and those with medical procedures that have been deemed necessary by your physician). All other transportation services will be suspended for a minimum of two weeks or until further notice.
LCCS is no longer serving any Energy Assistance Program (EAP) clients face-to-face; however, for those clients who had scheduled appointments you may reach out to us via phone or email and we will send you an application via postal service that can be completed and returned with all required documentation.
Our Congregate Meal program has also been suspended for the next several weeks until further notice.
Should you have any questions you may contact us phone at (219) 663-0627 or email at [email protected].
Thank you for your understanding of these decisions.
