๐Ÿ’œ International Overdose Awareness Day๐Ÿ’œ

Today, we remember the loved ones lost to overdose, support grieving families, and work to end the stigma around addiction. Overdose is preventable, recovery is real, and no one has to walk this path alone.

Help and hope are available!

Recognize the Signs of an Overdose (https://www.overdoseday.com/overdose-basics/):

โ—† Slow, shallow, or stopped breathing
โ—† Pale, blue, or cold skin, lips, or fingernails
โ—† Unresponsiveness or choking/gurgling sounds

If you suspect an overdose, call 911 immediately, administer Naloxone (Narcan) if available, and stay with the person.

IF IN CRISIS, CALL 988.

Support is just a call or message away. Let's break the silence and save lives together. ๐Ÿค
