On June 16th, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m., following the ex*****on of a search warrant at the Maple Branch Inn Hotel (formerly named Econo Lodge) located at 1 North Branch Road, Cuba Police arrested Alisa G. Gomolka (28) of Homeless. Gomolka was arrested on charges of criminal possession of stolen property 4th (Felony). This case stems from a month-long investigation into several vehicle break-ins and other complaints in the Village of Cuba. Gomolka allegedly possessed more than 7 stolen credit cards and other items. Gomolka was processed and released to appear at a later date. Gomolka is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On June 16th, 2026, at approximately 6:00 p.m., following the ex*****on of a search warrant at the Maple Branch Inn Hotel (formerly named Econo Lodge) located at 1 North Branch Road, Cuba Police arrested Jason R. Rogers (43) of Homeless. Rogers was arrested on charges of trespass (3 Counts, Violations), criminal possession of stolen property 4th (Felony), criminal possession of a skimmer device 2nd with intent to use for identity theft (Misdemeanor), and grand larceny 4th (Felony). This case stems from a month-long investigation into several vehicle break-ins and other complaints in the Village of Cuba. Rogers allegedly unlawfully possessed more than 7 stolen credit cards and other items. Rogers was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail. Rogers is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On June 3rd, 2026, at approximately 9:52PM, Cuba Police arrested Jeffrey M. Gesicki (25) of Buffalo, NY. Gesicki was arrested on charges of no/insufficient headlights (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Gesicki was issued citations and released. Gesicki is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On June 2nd, 2026, at approximately 6:44PM, Cuba Police arrested Kaine D. Bunker (28) of Olean, NY. Bunker was arrested on charges of criminal mischief 2nd ( Felony) and grand larceny 4th (Felony). These charges stem from the alleged theft of a motor vehicle in Cuba. Bunker was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Bunker is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

This juvenile was arrested on charges of petit larceny (Misdemeanor), conspiracy 6th (Misdemeanor) and criminal possession of stolen property 5th (2 Counts, Misdemeanor). This juvenile was processed and sent to the Allegany County Court (Youth Part). This juvenile is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On May 29th, 2026, at approximately 11:18PM, Cuba Police arrested Erica L. Osgood (45) of Cuba, NY. Osgood was arrested on an active bench warrant. Osgood was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment. Osgood is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
