This is so cool!

A program in Milwaukee gathers excess produce from local farmers' markets, enlists volunteers to chop it up, cook it into vegetarian meals and deliver them to places like homeless shelters.

Did you know? Food pantries offer way more than groceries. They provide:
• SNAP & utility assistance
• Health screenings
• Community connection & hope
When doors close, a whole network of support goes with them. Let's keep our local pantries strong! 💪

With your support, we'll be here for generations to come.

We are pausing clothing and houseware donations today and Wednesday to give our volunteers time to catch up on all the generosity you've shown lately! We hope to have all things sorted by Friday.

We are still accepting (and needing) food & personal care donations. Our biggest needs for food are condiments, baking items and canned/pouched chicken. (low sodium in water is best) Personal care items - shampoo, conditioner and body wash we are 100% out of.

Thank you!

Recalculating route: Turn left at the smell of hickory smoke, proceed two miles until your stomach starts growling. You have arrived in Cudahy. 🥓 Some of our favorite days are when the sun is shining and Smithfield Foods is makin' bacon!

Need in our community isn't shrinking, and the challenges our neighbors face aren't getting simpler. To keep choosing dignity over quick fixes, our infrastructure has to catch up with our mission.

Our new facility will allow us to:

Store and distribute more fresh produce and groceries so families always have healthy choices.
Provide private, dignified meeting spaces for personalized support.
Streamline operations so our team and volunteers can focus entirely on people, not spatial logistics.

Investing in this new building means ensuring that Project Concern remains a steady, unshakeable source of hope and respect for generations to come.
