📚 GET CARDED – Library Card Sign-Up Month
September is the perfect time to get your library card! If you don't have one yet, stop by and see what your library card can unlock. New cardholders will also receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win our Family Movie Night Basket!

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, and we invite you to join us for an evening focused on awareness, understanding, and prevention. This presentation is open to the community.

🪑 Zumba Chair Exercise Class – September 21st | 9:00 AM
Join us for a fun, low-impact workout hosted by Victoria Hospice! Come move, stretch, and have a little fun while staying active.

📚 Did you know your Cuero Municipal Library card can take you beyond Cuero?

Through the TexShare Card Program, sponsored by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission, our library cardholders may be eligible to visit and borrow materials from participating libraries across Texas! 🤩

The TexShare Card is a great way to expand your access to books and other library resources when you’re traveling, visiting family, or simply looking for something we may not have here at Cuero Municipal Library.

After a busy and exciting Summer Reading Program, we're slowing things down a bit this month as we recharge and prepare for another great season of programming.

We're also excited to share that LEGO Club is now moving to a once-a-month program, beginning this month. We hope you'll join us for some creative building fun!

What an Incredible Summer!

As we wrap up our 2026 Summer Reading Program, we want to extend our sincerest thanks to everyone who helped make this summer one to remember.

First and foremost, thank you to our amazing sponsors. Your generosity made it possible for us to offer exciting programs, performers, crafts, grand prizes, and unforgettable experiences for the children and families in our community. Simply put, this summer would not have been possible without your support.

Congratulations to all of our Summer Reading Challenge winners! We hope you enjoy your prizes and continue making reading a part of your everyday adventures.

To everyone who participated in the Summer Reading Challenge—thank you! Whether you read one page or thousands, attended a program, or cheered someone else on, you helped make this summer a success. We hope you discovered new books, made new friends, and created lasting memories at the library.

A special thank you to Donut Palace for fueling our staff and volunteers this busy morning as we celebrated our End of Summer Bash. We truly appreciate your kindness and support!

Did you know this book is available to check out from the library?

This special title features our very own Mayor Emil Garza, Bradley Spacy, and Dr. José Lugo Santiago, who also generously donated a signed copy to the Cuero Municipal Library for our community to enjoy.
