Liston B. Ramsey Regional Activity Center The Ramsey Center is a multi-purpose venue on the campus of Western Carolina University in Cullowhee The Liston B.

Ramsey Regional Activity Center opened in 1986 on the campus of Western Carolina University. The Ramsey Center is a state owned (NC) facility and is home to the WCU Catamount basketball and volleyball teams. In addition to the arena, the Ramsey Center includes five racquetball courts, two basketball courts, and an indoor walking track.
