One of the best trainings I have been to in 30 years of Law Enforcement.

The biggest take away was no matter the size of the agency the wins, losses, pros and cons are the same. You see some of these Sheriffs all over social media and national media due to sheer size of the agency. Imagine having 5000 deputies or having 3000 or 10,000 bed jails. Over a billion dollar budget, serving 4.9 million citizens.

But the story is the same and thats Service above Self. Bless these men as they lead some of the best men and women in the world.

We had a visit from Director Kash Patel who partners with the National Sheriffs Institute to bring this training to the FBI Academy.

Communicating for Impact

Great class, finishing up tomorrow! A few of us have been in the first session together, so it was great to catch up again.

We had Sheriffs from Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin. All the same job, same challenges and love for their counties.
